天祝高寒草地马蔺的开花物候及繁育系统研究OA
Studies on flowering phenology and breeding system of Iris lactea in Tianzhu alpine grassland
[目的]明确马蔺(Iris lactea)的开花物候及其繁育机制.[方法]以天祝高寒草地马蔺种群为研究材料,进行开花物候观测和交配系统检测.[结果]在自然条件下,马蔺6~7月开花,种群水平花期约33 d,盛花期约15 d,个体花期19~27 d,花序开花寿命114~144 h,单花花寿命55~75 h;1 d内共有上午10∶00-11∶00和下午16∶00-17∶00 2个开花高峰.马蔺雌雄异位,雄蕊距离柱头约3 mm,变异系数较大(36.73%).不去雄套袋和去雄后套袋均无果实产生;人工异株授粉的坐果率为97.5%,在各处理中最高,人工同株同花授粉次之(95.00%),两者均显著高于自然授粉(P<0.05);去雄后不套袋坐果率和结籽率均低于对照组.[结论]马蔺花期较短且开花集中,交配系统以异交为主且自交部分亲和,不存在无融合生殖,在自然条件下的授粉会受到花粉限制和传粉昆虫不足的影响.
[Objective]This study aimed to characterise the flowering phenology and breeding system of Iris lac-tea.[Method]A natural population of Iris lactea in the Tianzhu alpine grassland was selected as the study material.Flowering phenology was monitored,and controlled pollination experiments were conducted to assess the breeding system.[Result]Under natural conditions,Iris lactea blooms from June to July.The population flowering period lasted approximately 33 days,with a peak flowering period of about 15 days.Individual flowering duration ranged from 19 to 27 days,with inflorescence longevity of 114~144 h and single-flower longevity of 55~75 h.Two daily flowering peaks were observed,occurring between 10∶00-11∶00 and 16∶00-17∶00.Floral traits exhibited consider-able variation,with a coefficient of variation of 36.73%,and stamens positioned approximately 3 mm from the stigma.No fruit set occurred in treatments involving bagging without pollination or self-pollination under isolation.The highest fruit set was observed under artificial cross-pollination(97.5%),followed by artificial self-pollination(95.0%),both exceeding that of the control.Fruit set under bagging without pollination was significantly lower than in the control.[Conclusion]This Iris lactea population exhibits a short and concentrated flowering period and a mixed mating system dominated by outcrossing.The species lacks apomixis.Reproductive success under natural con-ditions may be constrained by pollen limitation and insufficient pollinator activity.
