[目的]为避免因化肥施用不合理而造成的土壤肥力下降、植被覆盖率降低,探索有机肥养分归田,研究施用有机肥对亚高山山地草甸土壤养分、植被群落特征的影响.[方法]设置不同有机肥施肥量(O1:0.225 kg/m2,O2:0.375 kg/m2,O3:0.525 kg/m2,O4:0.675 kg/m2,O5:0.825 kg/m2,O6:0.650 kg/m2),并通过相关性分析和冗余分析对植被群落特征指数与土壤理化性质、土壤酶活性进行了研究.[结果]施用有机肥均显著提高了草甸地上生物量,其中O5处理的生物量最高,比对照提高44.74%;显著提升了有机质、全氮、碱解氮、速效磷含量及脲酶活性.相关性分析与冗余分析结果显示,地上生物量与pH、有机质、全氮、碱解氮、全磷、速效磷、脲酶、蔗糖酶呈显著正相关;Pielous指数与速效磷含量呈正相关,Simpson指数与碱解氮含量正相关,Shannon-Wiener指数与pH正相关.[结论]施用有机肥可显著提高亚高山山地草甸生产力及土壤肥力,且中高量有机肥效果最显著.为施用有机肥提升亚高山山地草甸草地生产力、提升土壤肥力提供了理论依据.

[Objective]This study aimed to evaluate the effects of organic fertilizer application on soil nutrients and vegetation community characteristics in subalpine meadow ecosystems,in order to mitigate declines in soil fertil-ity and vegetation cover associated with excessive chemical fertilizer use.[Method]Six organic fertilizer application rates were established(O1:0.225 kg/m2,O2:0.375 kg/m2,O3:0.525 kg/m2,O4:0.675 kg/m2,O5:0.825 kg/m2,O6:0.650 kg/m2).Vegetation community characteristics,soil physicochemical properties,and soil enzyme activities were analyzed using correlation analysis and redundancy analysis(RDA).[Result]Organic fertilizer application sig-nificantly increased aboveground biomass,with the O5 treatment yielding the highest biomass,44.74%greater than the control.Soil organic matter,total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus,and urease activity were significantly enhanced.Correlation analysis and redundancy analysis indicated that aboveground biomass was positively correlated with pH,organic matter,total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,urease,and sucrase activity.The Pielou index was positively correlated with available phosphorus,the Simpson index was positively correlated with alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content,and the Shannon-Wiener index was positively correlated with soil pH.[Conclusion]Organic fertilizer application significantly improves both the pro-ductivity and soil fertility in subalpine mountain meadow,with medium to high application rates showing the most pro-nounced effects.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the application of organic fertilizer in the restoration and sustainable management of degraded grasslands.
