组合扣票策略下高铁快运阶段性运力优化研究OA
Research on periodic capacity optimization for high-speed railway express under combined ticket-blocking strategy
我国高铁快运发展迅速,短期内高铁快运主要依托现有的高铁网络边际运力发展,进一步提高高铁边际运力利用率具有重要意义.考虑高铁客运和快运的协同发展,构建了高铁快运时空服务网络模型,刻画"列车-客运-快运"3层联动的高铁运力调度机制.首先,根据服务网络特点设计基于中转状态弧的A*算法和Yen's K最短路径算法,生成多元路径备选集.之后,提出高铁组合列车群中客流协同调整的扣票策略,以最小化客流转移、快运损失、快运中转、快运运能稳定的综合影响为目标,以网络流平衡、高铁扣票最高客座率限制、动态捎带能力限制等为约束条件,构建高铁快运阶段性运力优化模型,利用Gurobi进行求解.最后,基于京沪高铁等线路的相关运营数据验证模型有效性.结果表明,在货流需求驱动下,通过组合扣票策略可以实现客流在组合高铁列车群间的合理转移,有效提高扣票高铁列车数量,提高该方向上的高铁快运运能,将高铁客运的空闲运能转化为高铁快运的稳定运能.同时,建议进一步采取制定差异化高铁扣票最高客座率标准、设置精细化客运转移时间标准等措施,以更充分地释放高铁边际运力资源.研究成果可以提升高铁快运运力的容量与稳定性,为运输企业提供优化高铁快运阶段性运力调度配置的理论依据.
China's high-speed rail express(HSRE)has expanded rapidly,relying on the marginal capacity of the high-speed rail(HSR)network in the short term.Enhancing the utilization of this capacity is therefore of great significance.To address the coordinated development of passenger and express services,this study constructed a service network model that represents a three-layer HSR capacity scheduling mechanism of"train-passenger-express".First,an A* algorithm and Yen's K-shortest path algorithm based on transfer-state arcs were designed to generate a multi-path set.A ticket-blocking strategy was then proposed to coordinate passenger flow adjustment within combined train groups.An optimization model for HSRE periodic capacity was formulated with the objective of minimizing the combined impact of passenger flow transfer,express loss,transshipment,and express capacity instability.The model incorporated constraints such as flow balance,maximum passenger load factor of ticket-blocked trains,and dynamic piggybacking capacity,and was solved using Gurobi.Finally,case studies based on Beijing-Shanghai HSR operational data verified the model's effectiveness.Results show that,driven by cargo demand,the proposed strategy enables rational passenger flow redistribution,increases the number of ticket-blocked trains,and enhances HSRE capacity in target directions by converting idle passenger capacity into stable express capacity.It is further recommended to adopt measures such as establishing differentiated standards for the maximum passenger load factor of ticket-blocked trains and setting refined standards for passenger flow transfer times so as to fully exploit the marginal capacity.The research enhances the capacity and stability of HSRE while providing a theoretical basis for transport enterprises to optimize periodic capacity scheduling.
