新媒体数字经济产业赋能乡村振兴的内在机理与实践路径OACHSSCD
The Internal Mechanism and Practical Pathways of New Media Digital Economy Industry Empowering Rural Revitalization:A Case Study Based on Rongjiang
伴随数字技术的广泛渗透,数字经济已成为推进乡村振兴的重要引擎.地方政府发展新媒体数字经济产业对推进乡村振兴具有强大赋能效应,但其复杂性机理和实现路径仍有待发掘.以榕江县发展新媒体数字经济产业的实践经验为切入点,进一步凝练出新媒体数字经济产业赋能乡村振兴的内在机理,即以技能提升培训增强农民技术水平、以数据创新应用精准赋能产业发展、以网络宣传引流打响资源禀赋优势和以直播带货销售促进就业增收致富,为解释新媒体数字经济产业与乡村振兴之间的关系提供了理论框架.在此基础上,要从完善组织保障机制、培引优质市场主体、构建人才培养体系和创新直播带货模式等方面,推动新媒体数字经济产业发展,进而赋能推进乡村全面振兴.
With the widespread penetration of digital technology,the digital economy has become a vital engine for advancing rural revitalization.The development of the new media digital economy industry by local governments demonstrates significant empowerment effects on rural revitalization,yet its complex mechanisms and implementation pathways require further exploration.Drawing on the practical experience of Rongjiang County in developing the new media digital economy industry,this study further refines the internal mechanism through which this industry empowers rural revitalization.This mechanism includes:enhancing farmers'technical skills through training,empowering industrial development with precision via data innovation and application,amplifying resource endowment advantages through online promotion and traffic generation,and promoting employment and income growth through live-streaming commerce.This study provides a theoretical framework for explaining the relationship between the new media digital economy industry and rural revitalization.Based on this,this paper proposes measures to promote the development of the new media digital economy industry:improving organizational support mechanisms,cultivating and attracting high-quality market entities,establishing talent training systems,and innovating live-streaming commerce models.These measures aim to further empower comprehensive rural revitalization.
