槽道式标准气体实流检定系统设计OA
Research on Channel Type Standard Gas Real Flow Calibration System
为了解决目前气体实流检定标准装置送检周期长、检定效率低和稳定性差等问题,基于标准表法使用槽道式流量计作为标准表,设计了一套小型化气体实流检定系统.首先说明标准表法气体实流检定系统的原理,比对工业领域常用流量计性能指标,证明槽道式流量计作为气体实流检定系统标准表可行.其次对整体系统管路及管径进行设计,仿真得到上游弯管距离对标准表测量性能的影响.通过整体模型仿真进行系统管路优化,提取数值模拟中槽道式流量计截面水平方向速度分布、槽道式流量计出/入口截面竖直方向速度分布等结果,最终确定最佳管路设计模型.最后在温度为20℃,压力为101.325 kPa 的工况条件下使用密度为 ρ0=1.205 kg/m3 的干空气进行实验,通过实验数据计算得出槽道式标准表流出系数为0.944 5,整体系统实验重复性为0.048%.
In order to solve the problems of long inspection cycle,low inspection efficiency,and poor stability of current gas real flow calibration standard devices,a miniaturized gas real flow calibration system is designed based on the standard meter method using a channel flowmeter as the standard meter.Firstly,the principle of the standard meter gas flow calibration system is explained,the per-formance indicators of commonly used flow meters in the industrial field are compared,and it is proved that the channel flow meter is feasible as the standard meter for gas flow calibration system.Secondly,the overall system pipeline and pipe diameter are designed,the impact of upstream bend pipe distance on the measurement performance of the standard meter is simulated.The system pipeline is opti-mized through overall model simulation,the horizontal velocity distribution of the channel flowmeter section and the vertical velocity dis-tribution of the channel flowmeter inlet/outlet section in numerical simulation are extracted,and the optimal pipeline design model is ul-timately determined.Finally,under the operating conditions of a temperature of 20℃and a pressure of 101.325 kPa,experiment is con-ducted with dry air of ρ0=1.205 kg/m3.Based on the experimental data,the outflow coefficient of the channel standard meter is calcu-lated to be 0.944 5,and the overall system experimental repeatability is 0.048%.
