卫气虚证患者红外热成像规律初探OA

Preliminary exploration of infrared image in patients with the defensive qi deficiency pattern

目的 通过中医红外热成像技术观察卫气虚证患者与健康人体表温度的差异性.方法 纳入155 例卫气虚证患者及56 例健康人,运用中医红外热像技术采集热像图,同时采用红外医学软件系统提取温度数据,对比两组肺脏、脾脏、肾脏等脏腑分区,三焦分区,解剖分区,脏腑分区与相应躯干位置温度差值,部分特定穴的温度差异.结果 卫气虚证组大肠分区、膀胱分区、(中、下)焦分区、正面躯干、正右躯干、正上肢(左、右)、(上、中、下)腹、正下肢(左、右)、骶段、背下肢(左、右)及多组特定穴温度均低于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);卫气虚证组双侧的肺脏分区、脾脏分区、胃腑分区与对应躯干的温度差均高于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 卫气虚证患者与健康人红外热成像规律存在显著差异,为卫气虚证提供了可视化证据,有助于辨治卫气虚证.

Objective To observe the differences in body surface temperature between patients with the defensive qi deficiency pattern and healthy individuals using infrared thermography of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods A total of 155 patients diagnosed with defensive qi deficiency and 56 healthy controls were enrolled.Infrared thermography was employed to capture thermal images.Temperature data were extracted using specialized infrared medical software.Comparative analyses were conducted on the following parameters between the two groups:temperature values of zang-fu organ regions(e.g.,lungs,spleen,kidneys),Sanjiao(Triple Energizer)regions,anatomical regions;the temperature differences between zang-fu organ regions and their corresponding torso locations;and the temperature of selected acupoints.Results The defensive qi deficiency pattern group exhibited statistically significant lower temperatures(P<0.05)in multiple regions compared to the healthy group,including the large intestine region,bladder region,the Middle and Lower Jiao regions,the anterior torso,right anterior torso,bilateral upper limbs(anterior),the upper,middle,and lower abdomen,bilateral lower limbs(anterior),the sacral segment,bilateral lower limbs(posterior),and several selected acupoints.Conversely,the temperature differences between bilateral lung regions,spleen regions,stomach region and their corresponding torso locations were significantly higher in the defensive qi deficiency group(P<0.05).Conclusion Significant differences exist in the infrared thermographic patterns between patients with defensive qi deficiency and healthy subjects.This study provides visualized evidence for defensive qi deficiency,contributing to its pattern differentiation and clinical management.
