活动情况与血管性认知障碍肾阳虚证患者认知功能的相关性研究OA

Objective To explore the correlation between physical activity and kidney-yang deficiency and cognitive function in patients with vascular cognitive impairment with kidney-yang deficiency.Methods 120 patients diagnosed with vascular cognitive impairment with kidney-yang deficiency were enrolled,physical activity information was collected,and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)was used to assess cognitive function.Spearman correlation analysis was performed to investigate the correlation between physical activity and kidney-yang deficiency and cognitive function.Results Time spent walking at work(r=-0.217,P=0.018)and walking outside(r=-0.201,P=0.033)per week were negatively correlated with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome scores,and time spent out in the car(r=0.308,P=0.001)and moderate physical housework(r=0.196,P=0.035)per week were positively correlated with MoCA scores.Conclusion Physical activity may have the potential to improve kidney-yang deficiency and protect cognitive function.Within specific classifications,walking at work and walking outside may be more closely associated with improvement of kidney-yang deficiency,and going out by car and moderate physical housework may be more closely associated with protection of cognitive function.
