存量数据更新生产地理实体方法OA
A method for updating stock data in geographic entity production
针对存量数据现势性不足的问题,本研究提出并实践了一种基于分块更新+实体软件转换的地形级基础地理实体生产方法.该方法以吉威地理实体生产软件(Geoway Entity)为核心,首先,对存量分幅数据进行预处理(坐标转换、结构整理、合并与分块),并参考正射影像更新要素,采集地理实体图元(如院落、路口等);其次,构建数据转换映射表;最后,利用Geoway Entity软件完成地理实体数据的转换生成.同时,开发了基于派森(Python)的预处理、质检与元数据制作辅助工具.实践表明,该方法能显著提升数据更新效率,有效保障地理实体数据的质量.
This study addressed the problem of outdated stock data by proposing and implementing a method for terrain-level fundamental geographic entity production based on block update and entity software transformation.The method centered around the Geoway Entity software and began with preprocessing the existing segmented data(including coordinate transfor-mation,structural organization,merging,and segmentation),while referencing orthophotos to update features and collect geographic entity primitives(such as courtyards,intersections,etc.).Secondly,a data transformation mapping table was constructed.Finally,the geographic entity data was converted and generated using the Geoway Entity software.Addition-ally,an auxiliary tool based on Python was developed for preprocessing,quality inspection,and metadata creation.Practical applications show that this method significantly improves the efficiency of data update and effectively ensures the quality of geographic entity data.
