基于高精度Mesh的院落自动截图方法OA
An automatic screenshot method of courtyards based on high-precision Mesh
院落现状照片作为数字化房屋档案建设的重要组成部分,在房屋安全隐患排查与治理工作中发挥着关键作用.现有的获取方式以现场拍照、人工截图为主,普遍存在工作量大、效率低、图片不清晰、格式不统一等问题.本研究结合实际工作经验,提出了一种面向高精度网格(Mesh)的院落自动截图方法,并将其集成于二三维一体化系统.在北京市房山区城乡接合部重点地区治理与精细化管理项目中,应用该方法进行院落房屋的"一图一册"制作.应用结果表明,该方法截取的院落图片全面、清晰、准确,提高了工作效率,为实现房屋的数字化、智能化、精细化管理提供了重要的数据支撑.
Courtyard photos are an important component of digital building archives and play a key role in identifying and managing housing safety risks.Existing methods,primarily on-site photography and manual screenshots,generally suffer from large work-loads,low efficiency,unclear images,and inconsistent formats.Based on practical experience,this study proposed an automatic courtyard screenshot method based on high-precision mesh and integrated it into a two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)unified system.The method was applied in the refined management and governance of key areas in the urban-rural interface of Fangshan District,Beijing,to produce a"one image,one record"dataset for courtyard houses.The results show that the method generates comprehensive,clear,and accurate courtyard images,which improves work efficiency and provides important data support for achieving digital,intelligent,and refined management of houses.
