大比例尺地理测图非自然过渡区存在"锯齿状突变""毛刺"等现象,导致高频(细节)和低频(概貌)的矛盾持续扩展,地物色调重叠后,分割结果存在边界关系模糊、准确率较低的问题.为此,本文提出一种基于图割(Graph Cut)算法的动态分割技术.根据欧拉-拉格朗日方程,通过计算更新扩散系数,进行大比例尺地理测图边界关系迭代更新,缓解了高频(细节)和低频(概貌)的矛盾.将多尺度地理测图序列集的红绿蓝(RGB)色彩模式数据转换为色相、饱和度、明度(HSV),同步进行了大比例尺地理测图候选范围转换,降低地物色调重叠的影响.设计边界关系自适应尺度选择机制,以动态化的选择逻辑,构建候选范围三维超平面分割函数,通过对比信息熵和经验值,确定各尺度下大比例尺地理测图动态分割结果.实验结果表明,所提方法应用后,得到的非一致性区域边界关系特征量较多,准确率为0.989,召回率为0.962,F测度值为0.973,交并比(IoU)值为0.974.显著图中的候选范围被标记为白色框,精准覆盖测图城镇与交通网络密集带核心区.动态分割效果好、准确率高,为高精度地理信息自动化提取提供了可靠技术支撑.

In large-scale geographic mapping,non-natural transition areas present issues such as"jagged mutations"and"spikes",leading to a continuous expansion of contradictions between high frequency(details)and low frequency(overall appearance).When the tones of geographic features overlap,the segmentation results suffer from ambiguous boundary rela-tionships and lower accuracy.To address this,this paper proposed a dynamic segmentation technique based on the GraphCut algorithm.By referencing the Euler-Lagrange equation and calculating updated diffusion coefficients,the boundary relation-ship in large-scale geographic mapping was iteratively updated,alleviating the contradiction between high frequency(details)and low frequency(overall appearance).Additionally,the red-green-blue(RGB)color model data from multi-scale geographic mapping sequence was converted to hue,saturation,and value(HSV),while simultaneously transforming the candidate range for large-scale geographic mapping to reduce the impact of overlapping tones.A self-adaptive scale selec-tion mechanism for boundary relationships was designed,employing a dynamic selection logic and creating a three-dimensional hyperplane segmentation function for the candidate range.By comparing information entropy and empirical val-ues,the dynamic segmentation results for large-scale geographic mapping at various scales were determined.The experimen-tal results show that after applying the proposed method,a significant number of boundary relationship features for the incon-sistent regions are obtained,with an accuracy of 0.989,a recall rate of 0.962,an F-measure value of 0.973,and an inter-section over union(IoU)value of 0.974.The candidate ranges in the salient map are marked with white boxes,accurately covering the core areas of urban and transportation network density in the mapping.The dynamic segmentation shows excel-lent performance and high accuracy,providing reliable technical support for high-precision automated extraction of geo-graphic information.
