随着冰、云和陆地高程卫星2号(ICESat-2)卫星的成功发射和运行,全球地表的详细地形信息获取成为可能.然而,光子数据中的噪声干扰对数据应用提出了挑战.本文提出了一种双层次基于密度的带有噪声的空间聚类(DBSCAN)算法的ICESat-2光子信号精确提取方法,旨在提高从ICESat-2数据中提取地面高程和植被高度的精度.双层次DBSCAN算法通过两次DBSCAN聚类分别进行光子信号的粗略提取和精确提取.实验结果表明,该算法在不同地形条件下均能保持较高的去噪性能,F1分数普遍高于89%,显示出对地形变化的强适应性.与传统方法相比,双层次DBSCAN算法在提取精度上具有优势,能够更准确地提取信号光子,即使在噪声干扰较大的情况下也能保持高提取精度.双层次DBSCAN算法能够实现复杂场景下的信号光子提取,为高精度地形测绘、冰川厚度测量等应用提供准确的光子计数激光雷达测量结果.

With the successful launch and operation of the Ice,Cloud,and Land Elevation Satellite-2(ICESat-2),obtaining detailed terrain information of the Earth's surface has become possible.However,noise interference in photon data poses challenges for data applications.This paper proposed an accurate extraction method for ICESat-2 photon signal based on two-layer density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN),aimed at improving the accuracy of ground elevation and vegetation height extraction from ICESat-2 data.The two-layer DBSCAN algorithm performs rough and pre-cise extraction of photon signals through two separate DBSCAN clustering processes.Experimental results show that this algorithm maintains high denoising performance under different terrain conditions,with F1 scores consistently exceeding 89%,demonstrating strong adaptability to terrain changes.Compared to traditional methods,the two-layer DBSCAN algo-rithm has advantages in extraction accuracy,allowing for more precise extraction of signal photons and maintaining high extraction precision even in the presence of significant noise interference.The two-layer DBSCAN algorithm enables the extraction of signal photons in complex scenarios,providing accurate photon data for applications such as high-precision ter-rain mapping and glacier thickness measurement.
