为提高自行火炮故障诊断效率,提出一种基于故障树分析法的自行火炮故障诊断方法.根据自行火炮的结构与特点建立故障树模型,同时结合多种传感器检测自行火炮的运行状态,对自行火炮的操作进行实时监控,以保证其可靠运行.结果表明:该方法有利于整合自行火炮的故障知识体系,使维修人员能快速找出故障,及时可靠排除故障,提高自行火炮使用安全性.

In order to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis of self-propelled gun,a fault diagnosis method of self-propelled gun based on fault tree analysis is proposed.According to the structure and characteristics of self-propelled gun,a fault tree model is established,and the operation status of self-propelled gun is detected by combining various sensors.The operation of the self-propelled gun is monitored in real time to ensure its reliable operation.The results show that this method is helpful to integrate the fault knowledge system of self-propelled artillery,so that maintenance personnel can quickly find out the fault,timely and reliably remove the fault,and improve the safety of self-propelled artillery.
