明代定南守御千户所辖区考述OA
A Study on the Jurisdiction of the Dingnan Shouyu Qianhusuo of the Ming Dynasty
明末定南所辖区即清代普定县定上、定下二里五十九村寨,其中定上里所辖村寨以定南所城为中心向四周扩散,定下里村寨布局分散,且互不相连.定南所在某种程度上可视为明代普定卫的"衍生物",其在基层社会组织结构与赋役构成上存在某种关联性.
The jurisdiction of Dingnan in the late Ming Dynasty,which encompassed the two Li of Dingshang and Dingxia with fifty-nine villages and settlements in the Qing Dynasty's Puding County,saw the villages under Dingshang's jurisdiction radiate outward from the Dingnan So city center,while those under Dingxia were scattered and disconnected.Research indicates that Dingnan can be viewed as a "deriv-ative"of Puding-wei in the Ming Dynasty to some extent,with certain correlations in its grassroots social organization structure and taxation system.
