长江上游宜宾至合江江段鱼类群落结构及优势种分析OA

为探究"十年禁渔"实施初期长江上游珍稀特有鱼类国家级自然保护区(宜宾-合江段)鱼类群落结构的变化特征,于2024年在保护区干流宜宾、江安、江阳、合江4个江段开展鱼类群落调查.通过分析鱼类物种组成、生态类型、优势度特征以及群落稳定性,评估禁渔背景下鱼类群落的阶段性响应.调查共采集鱼类5 809尾,隶属4目18科59属84种,其中包括长江鲟(Acipenser dabryanus)、胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)、圆口铜鱼(Coreius guichenoti)、岩原鲤(Procypris rabaudi)和长薄鳅(Leptobotia elongata)5种国家重点保护野生动物;长江上游特有鱼类23种,外来鱼类9种.鱼类群落以底层、杂食性和喜流水鱼类为主,优势种(IRI>1 000)为长江鲟、铜鱼(Coreius heterodon)和瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachellii).群落整体Shannon-Wiener指数为3.38,Simpson优势度指数为0.95,Margalef种类丰富度指数为9.59,Pielou均匀度指数为0.76.丰度-生物量比较曲线分析表明,各采样江段鱼类群落结构处于中度干扰状态.与禁渔前历史资料对比,结果显示,禁渔初期该保护区干流鱼类群落结构已出现一定程度的变化响应,珍稀特有鱼类物种数有所增加,优势种结构由小型鱼类为主转向包含中大型鱼类的复合格局,但整体仍处于结构调整的过渡阶段.本研究为认识长江禁渔长期鱼类群落响应特征提供了基础数据.

To evaluate the initial response of fish communities to the"Ten-Year Fishing Ban"in the National Na-ture Reserve for Rare and Endemic Fish in the Upper Yangtze River(Yibin-Hejiang section),a survey was conducted across four mainstream reaches(Yibin,Jiang'an,Jiangyang,and Hejiang)in 2024.We analyzed fish species composi-tion,ecological types,dominance patterns,and community stability to assess post-ban ecological changes.A total of 5 809 individuals representing 84 species,59 genera,18 families,and 4 orders were collected.Notable captures included 5 nationally key-protected wildlife species,namely Acipenser dabryanus,Myxocyprinus asiaticus,Coreius guichenoti,Pro-cypris rabaudi,and Leptobotia elongata,along with 23 Yangtze-endemic fish species and 9 alien fish species.The fish community was characterized primarily by demersal,omnivorous,and rheophilic fishes.Dominant species(IRI>1000)were identified as Acipenser dabryanus,Coreius heterodon,and Pelteobagrus vachellii.Community-level diversity indi-ces were:Shannon-Wiener=3.38,Simpson dominance=0.95,Margalef richness=9.59,and Pielou evenness=0.76.Abundance-biomass comparison(ABC)curve analysis indicated that the fish community structures in all surveyed sections were in a state of moderate disturbance.Comparative analysis with pre-ban historical data revealed early signs of recovery:the richness of rare and endemic species increased,and the dominance structure shifted from small-bodied spe-cies to a complex assemblage involving medium-and large-sized fish.However,the community structure generally re-mained in a transitional adjustment phase.These findings provide essential baseline data for monitoring the long-term eco-logical trajectories of fish communities under the fishing ban.
