不同食用菌菌渣基质配比对莲藕叶片生长特性及莲藕产量的影响OA
Effects of Differential Spent Mushroom Substrate Formulation Ratios on Foliar Growth Dynamics and Rhizome Yield in Lotus Root
为了探究适合莲藕生长发育的基质土壤混合比配方,以"鄂莲6号"为试验材料,将土壤掺入不同比例食用菌菌渣(A25%、B50%、C75%、D0%、CK)混合成4个处理,分析其对莲藕生长期叶片的形态特性、叶绿素含量及与莲藕产量的关系.结果表明,处理 A 可增加莲藕叶片叶绿素含量,显著促进莲藕叶片生长和可溶性糖、蛋白质等物质的积累.在莲藕生长的4 个时期(萌芽期、茎叶期、膨大期、采收期),处理A 叶片可溶性糖含量比处理D(对照)分别高33.33%、8.33%、6.67%和37.50%,且处理A 整藕质量比处理D 高37.50%;而处理C,其叶片可溶性糖、蛋白质及整藕质量均低于对照.综上所述,处理 A 的基质土壤配比更适合"鄂莲6 号"莲藕的生长发育;表明土壤中添加适量的食用菌菌渣基质更能促进莲藕的健康生长和品质形成.该研究结果为莲藕基质栽培提供理论基础.
To investigate the optimal substrate-soil mixing ratio for the growth and development of lotus root,this study used"E-Lian No.6"as the experimental material.Four treatments were established by mixing soil with spent mushroom substrate at different ratios(A:25%;B:50%;C:75%;D:0%,CK)to analyze their effects on leaf morphological traits,chlorophyll content,and yield-related characteristics of lotus root during the growth period.The results showed that Treatment A increased the chlorophyll content in lotus leaves,significantly promoted leaf growth,and enhanced the accumulation of soluble sugars,proteins,and other substances.Across the four growth stages of lotus root(sprouting,stem and leaf growth,tuber expansion,and harvesting),the soluble sugar content in leaves from Treatment A was 33.33%,8.33%,6.67%,and 37.5%higher than that in Treatment D(control),respectively.Additionally,the total lotus root weight in Treatment A was 37.50%higher than in Treatment D.In contrast,Treatment C exhibited lower levels of soluble sugars,proteins,and total lotus root weight compared to the control.In conclusion,the substrate-soil ratio in Treatment A was more suitable for the growth and development of"E-Lian No.6"lotus root.It indi-cates that an appropriate amount of spent mushroom substrate added to soil can promote healthy growth and quality formation in lotus roots.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for soilless substrate cultivation of lotus roots.
