外源水杨酸对酸碱胁迫下杏鲍菇生理生化指标的影响OA
Effects of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Pleurotus eryngii Under Acid and Alkali Stress
为了探究外源水杨酸对杏鲍菇酸碱胁迫下的缓解效应,以杏鲍菇为试验材料,在酸碱胁迫下,施加不同浓度的水杨酸,测定其生长指标、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,研究外源水杨酸对杏鲍菇生理生化指标的影响.结果表明,酸胁迫下,施加 50 mg/L 外源水杨酸时杏鲍菇长势最佳,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量较高;碱胁迫下,施加20 mg/L 时外源水杨酸杏鲍菇长势最佳,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量较高.表明适宜浓度外源水杨酸可增强酸碱胁迫下杏鲍菇的抗逆性.
To explore the effect of exogenous salicylic acid on the acid-alkali tolerance of Pleurotus eryngii.In this experiment,Pleurotus er-yngii were used as materials,treated with different concentrations of salicylic acid under acid-alkali stress.The growth index,soluble protein and soluble sugars were measured to investigate the effects of exogenous salicylic acid on the physiological and biochemical indicators of Pleu-rotus eryngii.The results showed that Pleurotus eryngii grew best under acid stress,with higher soluble sugar content and soluble protein con-tent when the concentration of exogenous salicylic acid was 50 mg/L.And the Pleurotus eryngii grew best under alkali stress,with higher solu-ble sugar content and soluble protein content when the concentration of exogenous salicylic acid was 20 mg/L.Exogenous salicylic acid at an appropriate concentration can enhance the stress resistance of Pleurotus eryngii under acid and alkali stress to a certain extent.
