Advance in Tryptophan Synthesis in Plant
色氨酸是植物体内生长素等重要代谢物的合成前体,其生物合成在植物体内扮演着至关重要的角色.目前,关于色氨酸合成途径中关键基因的克隆、功能鉴定及表达调控等研究已取得显著进展.综述了色氨酸合成在植物生长发育中的作用、色氨酸合成途径及合成调控的研究进展,可为植物高效育种与遗传改良技术提供参考.
Tryptophan is a precursor for the synthesis of important metabolites such as auxin and its biosynthesis pathway plays a crucial role in plant.Recently,significant progress has been made in cloning,functional identification,and expression regulation of key genes involved in the tryptophan synthesis pathway.This study reviewed the role of tryptophan synthesis in plant growth and development,research progress on trypto-phan synthesis pathways and regulation,providing a reference for efficient plant breeding and genetic improvement technologies.
