乡村治理水平对农户家庭要素配置效率的影响研究OACHSSCD

Improving the efficiency of household factor allocation for farmers is the key to unlocking the potential of agricultural development and increasing farmers'production and income,which has practical significance for promoting agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.Based on China Rural Revitalization Survey(CRRS)data from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,this paper empirically examines the impact of rural governance on the efficiency of household factor allocation and its underlying mechanism.The findings show that rural governance exerts a significant positive effect on the efficiency of household labor and land allocation,with farmers'digital literacy and land marketization playing a mediating role.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the higher the completion degree of village property rights system reform and the greater the participation of farmers in cooperatives,the more significant the effect of rural governance on the efficiency of household factor allocation.In villages where village Party secretaries have public administration or technical work backgrounds,governance level improvement more prominently promotes the efficiency of household labor allocation;while in villages where village Party secretaries have business experience,governance capacity improvement shows stronger optimizing effects on land allocation.
