学历案在伤寒论教学中的应用探索OA

Objective To explore the application effect of learning dossiers in the teaching of Shanghan Lun.Methods Among four classes of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and traumatology,one class was randomly selected as the experimental class(n=57).Learning dossiers for the course of Shanghan Lun were designed,and teaching was carried out using formative assessment as the main approach.During the teaching process,the Xuexitong app was used to record teaching activities,manage knowledge,and facilitate instructional interaction.After the course,questionnaires were administered to collect students'evaluations of the teaching process and their learning experiences.The other three classes(n=176)adopted conventional teaching methods.The closed-book test scores of the four parallel classes were compared.Results Most students recognized the use of learning dossiers in teaching.The self-evaluation score of learning outcomes was above 8.07 points out of 10 points.In the closed-book assessment,the experimental class scored 21.35 points on objective questions,while the other three classes scored 17.98,20.98,and 20.24 points,respectively.For case-based questions,the experimental class scored 7.96 points,while the other three classes scored 6.42,7.24 points,and 6.71 points.The scores for both objective questions and case-based questions in the experimental class were higher than those of the other three classes,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of learning dossiers in the teaching of Shanghan Lun provides students with a stronger sense of learning gain and leads to higher academic performance.This approach is worthy of promotion in other courses on classical texts of traditional Chinese medicine.
