Research on the development process of the curriculum system of the undergraduate major in Chinese Materia Medica in China:a case study of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine
目的 梳理北京中医药大学中药学专业1960-2020年的课程设置发展历程,为当前和未来的中药学专业教学改革提供参考.方法 采用案例研究法和历史文献研究法,对北京中医药大学中药学专业1960-2020年各阶段的人才培养方案及教学计划表进行搜集分析,系统梳理课程设置调整的逻辑演变过程.结果 将中药学专业课程设置发展历程划分为4个阶段:规范建立阶段(1960-1983年)、自主探索阶段(1984-2000年)、内涵形成阶段(2001-2010年)和创新发展阶段(2011年—2020年).中药学专业课程设置改革体现了政策引领与需求驱动的协同演进,课程结构持续从刚性向弹性模块化演进,中医药思维与现代科学素养的协同演进.结论 中药学专业课程设置的演变规律揭示了中医药高等教育发展的内在逻辑,为未来课程改革提供了实践依据.
Objective To trace the curriculum structure development of the Chinese Materia Medica program at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine since its establishment from 1960 to 2020,providing references for current and future teaching reforms in the discipline.Methods A case study approach and historical document analysis were employed.Educational programs and curricula from 1960 to 2020 were collected and analyzed to systematically outline the evolutionary logic of curriculum adjustments.Results The development process was divided into four stages:Standardization and Establishment(1960-1983),Independent Exploration(1984-2000),Connotation Development(2001-2010),and Innovative Development(2011-2020).Key findings include:the curriculum reforms reflected the synergistic evolution of policy guidance and demand-driven approaches;the curriculum structure progressively shifted from rigid to flexible modularization;and there was a coordinated emphasis on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)thinking and modern scientific literacy.Conclusion The evolutionary patterns of the Chinese Materia Medica curriculum structure reveal the intrinsic logic of higher education in Traditional Chinese Medicine,offering practical insights for future reforms.
