人工智能背景下我国健康服务与管理专业本科教育的转型研究OA
Research on the transformation of undergraduate education in health service and management in China under the background of artificial intelligence
在人工智能快速发展和健康中国战略深入推进的背景下,我国健康服务与管理专业本科教育存在现有培养体系与行业需求不匹配、实践教学缺乏人工智能企业参与、缺乏"人工智能+"系列专业教材、师生培养模式单一等问题,需构建"医学+健管+人工智能"三位一体的能力培养框架,将人工智能素养和跨学科能力纳入培养体系,培养具备人工智能应用核心技能的复合型人才.发展路径包括:构建"医学+健管+人工智能"三维培养方案、跨学科专业实践体系及系列教材;打造"医学+健管+人工智能"本科教育生态平台.
Under the background of the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the in-depth implementation of the Healthy China strategy,undergraduate education in the major of health service and management in China has challenges include the mismatch between the existing training system and industry needs,the lack of participation from artificial intelligence enterprises in practical teaching,the absence of a series of"artificial intelligence+"professional textbooks,and a relatively single training model for teachers and students.It is therefore necessary to construct a trinity competence cultivation framework integrating medicine,health management,and artificial intelligence,incorporate artificial intelligence literacy and interdisciplinary competence into the training system,and cultivate interdisciplinary talents with core skills in the application of artificial intelligence.The development pathway includes constructing a three-dimensional training program integrating medicine,health management,and artificial intelligence,establishing an interdisciplinary professional practice system and a series of textbooks,and building an ecological platform for undergraduate education integrating medicine,health management,and artificial intelligence.
