人工智能大语言模型在神经病学教学中的应用探讨OA

神经病学作为临床二级学科,其教学面临知识体系复杂、临床思维培养难度大等挑战.大语言模型通过机器学习技术展现出强大的自然语言处理能力,为神经病学教学带来新机遇.本文以阿尔茨海默病教学为例,探讨大语言模型在课堂教学、考核评价、临床实践中的具体应用,分析数据隐私、内容准确性、学生思维培养等关键挑战,并提出应对策略与未来展望,以期为神经病学教学的现代化提供参考.

Neurology,as a secondary clinical discipline,faces challenges in teaching due to its complex knowledge system and the difficulty of cultivating clinical thinking.Large language model(LLM),through machine learning techniques,demonstrate strong natural language processing capabilities and bring new opportunities for neurology teaching.Taking the teaching of Alzheimer’s disease as an example,this paper explores the specific applications of LLM in classroom teaching,assessment and evaluation,and clinical practice.It also analyzes key challenges such as data privacy,content accuracy,and the cultivation of students’clinical reasoning abilities,and proposes corresponding strategies and future prospects,with the aim of providing references for the modernization of neurology education.
