在我国职业教育高质量发展背景下,职业本科大学面临如何避免盲目追随排名、实现高质量发展的现实问题.对GDI、ABC、金平果、软科、神针评价等五个大学排名剖析发现,它们具有共性特点与个性特征,同时也存在不足.大学排名的背后,涉及到对职业本科大学基本职能、人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、国际交流等命题的理解,对此应该有清晰的认识.职业本科大学超越排名限制的高质量发展,要聚焦人才培养本质,构建"指标达标"与"价值增值"的双轨体系;深化科研与社会服务,突破"量化追求"转向"实质贡献";注重国际交流,促进"形式合规"迈向"实质赋能";凝练办学特色,实现"大众标准"与"个性发展"的协同.
In the context of high-quality development of vocational education in China,vocational undergraduate universities face the practical problems of how to avoid blindly following rankings and achieve high-quality development.Analysis of the rankings of five universities,GDI,ABC,Jinping Fruit,Soft Science,and Shenzhen Evaluation,reveals that they share common and individual characteristics,but also have shortcomings.Behind university rankings,there is a clear understanding of the basic functions of vocational undergraduate universities,talent cultivation,scientific research,social services,international exchanges,and other related topics.To achieve high-quality development beyond the constraints of rankings,vocational undergraduate universities should focus on the essence of talent cultivation and establish a dual-track system that emphasizes both"meeting indicators"and"value enhancement".They should deepen scientific research and social services,shifting from a"quantitative pursuit"to a"substantive contribution".Attentions should be paid to international exchanges,advancing from"formal compliance"to"substantive empowerment".Additionally,they should refine their distinctive educational characteristics and achieve synergy between"universal standards"and"individual development".
