驻车空调出风口风速均匀性分析与结构优化OA
Analysis and Structural Optimization of Airflow Velocity Uniformity at Outlet of Parking Air Conditioner
本文对某型驻车空调进行设计验证实验,测量了出风口风速情况;结合计算流体力学(CFD)对空调内部空气流动进行了仿真分析;针对空调出风均匀性较差的问题提出了优化方案,并利用快速成型技术验证了优化方案的有效性.结果表明:CFD仿真能准确模拟空调内空气流动情况,出风口平均流速的仿真与实验误差仅为 3.9%.驻车空调出风不均匀性主要是由于相对格栅出风口整体呈偏心状态,鼓风机叶轮在出风口投影面积不同.通过增加导风板优化空调内过渡连接机构能有效改善空调出风不均的问题,最大最小风速比最大值从 1.33 降至1.08,最大最小风速差从 1.8~2.8 m/s 减至0.4~0.6 m/s.
A design validation test is conducted on a specific model of parking air conditioning to measure the airflow at the vents.Then,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is used to simulate the airflow inside the air conditioner.To address the issue of uneven airflow,an optimization scheme is proposed and its effectiveness is verified using rapid prototyping technology.The results show that CFD simulation can accurately model the airflow inside the air conditioner,with a simulation and test error of only 3.9%for the average airflow speed at the vents.The uneven airflow from the parking air conditioning is mainly due to the eccentric position of the vent relative to the grille and the varying projection area of the blower impeller at the vent.By adding a guide vane to optimize the transition connection mechanism inside the air conditioner,the issue of uneven airflow can be effectively improved.The maximum ratio of the highest to the lowest airflow speed is reduced from 1.33 to 1.08,and the difference between the maximum and minimum airflow speed is decreased from 1.8-2.8 m/s to 0.4-0.6 m/s.
