Comparison on Accelerated Fouling Test in Inner Sides of Copper Tubes and Stainless-Steel Tubes of Fan Coils in Chillers

为了评估冷水机组末端风盘采用不锈钢管代替铜管的抗垢潜力,本文通过设计并搭建管内加速结垢实验台来对比铜光管、不锈钢光管、不锈钢内齿管这 3 种管型的结垢差异性;测试工况选取水流速1.2 m/s、成垢溶液质量浓度 800 mg/L、水温 10℃和 60℃.结果表明:铜光管的结垢量最大,且在模拟制冷模式工况下比不锈钢光管和不锈钢内齿管分别高 39.1%和 48.2%,在模拟制热模式工况下比不锈钢光管和不锈钢内齿管分别高 51.4%和 88.9%;铜光管表面自由能大于不锈钢管,对成垢粒子的吸附作用更大;铜光管、不锈钢光管和不锈钢内齿管的结垢物晶型分别为紧密片层状、较大晶簇状和较小晶簇状,说明铜光管表面结垢物更难移除,且内齿的存在能破坏结垢层在不锈钢管表面的稳定性.

In order to evaluate the anti-fouling potential in fan coils of chillers by replacing the copper tubes with stainless-steel tubes,an experimental rig of accelerated fouling test in the inner sides of tubes is designed and established,and the fouling differences among a cooper smooth tube,a stainless-steel smooth tube and a stainless-steel tube with inner riblets are comparatively investigated.Testing conditions cover the inlet water velocity of 1.2 m/s,the suspension mass concentration of 800 mg/L,and the inlet water temperature of 10 ℃ and 60 ℃.The results show that,the fouling mass in the cooper smooth tube is the largest,which is respectively 39.1%and 48.2%higher than that in the stainless-steel smooth tube and the stainless-steel tube with inner riblets under the cooling condition of chiller,and is respectively 51.4%and 88.9%higher than that in the stainless-steel smooth tube and the stainless-steel tube with inner riblets under the heating condition of chiller.The surface free energy of copper smooth tube is greater than those of stainless-steel tubes,which means that the fouling particulates are more prone to deposit on the copper smooth tube.The crystal forms of fouling layer in the copper smooth tube,the stainless steel smooth tube and the stainless steel tube with inner riblets respectively present as the dense lamellar shape,the large crystal cluster shape and the small crystal cluster shape,which means that the fouling layer on the surface of copper smooth tube is more difficult to remove than that of stainless steel tubes,and the existence of internal riblets can destroy the stability of fouling layer on the surface of stainless steel tubes.
