微型滚动转子压缩机变转速工况仿真分析OA
Simulation Analysis of Miniature Rolling Rotor Compressor under Variable Speed Conditions
为了研究微型滚动转子压缩机在变转速工况的性能,本文采用流体运动仿真软件 Simerics-MP+对包含压缩腔、排气阀在内的滚动转子压缩机进行了整机瞬态仿真分析.仿真结果展示了压缩机的温度分布、压力分布及阀片运动情况.结果表明:当压缩机转速从 2 700 r/min 增至3 900 r/min,排气阀维持最大升程的角度从 15°增至 65°,而阀片撞击的线速度从 1.3 m/s增至 1.8 m/s.在实验转速区间内,将压缩机的仿真流量和实验结果进行了对比,最大的误差小于 9.6%.
In order to study the performance of miniature rolling rotor compressors on variable speed conditions,the fluid motion simulation software Simerics MP+is used to conduct transient simulation analysis of the entire rolling piston compressor,including the compression chamber and exhaust valve.The temperature distribution,pressure distribution,and valve movement of the compressor are demonstrated in the simulation results.The results show that,when the compressor speed increases from 2 700 r/min to 3 900 r/min,the angular range for maintaining maximum exhaust valve lift expands from 15° to 65°,and the linear velocity of valve impact rises from 1.3 m/s to 1.8 m/s.Within the tested speed range,the simulated flow rate of the compressor is compared with the test results,and the maximum error is less than 9.6%.
