植物病害生防芽胞杆菌研究进展OA
Research Progress on Biocontrol Bacillus spp.for Plant Disease Management
植物病害严重威胁全球农作物的产量与品质,长期依赖化学农药防治易引发病原菌抗药性增强、农药残留和环境污染等问题,因此环境友好型的生物防治逐渐受到广泛关注.芽胞杆菌 Bacillus spp.是重要的植物有益微生物,在植物病害生物防治中具有广阔应用前景.近年来,随着分子生物学和多组学技术的发展,芽胞杆菌的资源挖掘和作用机制研究不断深入,其生防菌剂的开发与应用也取得了重要进展.本文系统综述了生防芽胞杆菌的研究进展,包括资源挖掘、作用机制与产品开发应用,并对其未来研究重点及应用发展趋势进行了展望.
Plant diseases pose a serious threat to global agricultural productivity and crop quality.Long-term reliance on chemical pesticides for disease control has triggered various challenges,including increased pathogen resistance,pesticide residues,and environmental pollution.Consequently,environmentally friendly biological control strategies have attracted increasing attention.Bacillus spp.are important plant-beneficial microorganisms and show great potential in the biological control of plant diseases.In recent years,advances in molecular biology and multi-omics technologies have significantly promoted the exploration of Bacillus resources and the elucidation of their multifaceted biocontrol mechanisms,as well as the development and industrial application of Bacillus-based agents.This review systematically summarizes recent advances in biocontrol Bacillus,including resource exploration,mechanisms of action,and application development,and discusses future research priorities and application prospects.
