Review on Research and Development of Virus-based Insecticides

昆虫病原病毒具有杀虫活性高、害虫不容易产生抗性、能够引起害虫种群流行病等特点,是一类特点鲜明的生物农药.本文从昆虫病原病毒资源的发掘,杆状病毒和囊泡病毒的杀虫机制,病毒类生物农药的开发与展望等几个方面进行了论述,为该类农药的研究与开发提供资料借鉴和理论支持.

Insect pathogenic viruses have characteristics such as high insecticidal activity,low risk of pest resistance development,and the ability to cause epidemics in pest populations,making them a distinctive class of biological pesticides.This paper discusses several aspects,including the exploration of insect pathogenic virus resources,mechanism of insecticidal action of baculoviruses and ascoviruses,and development and prospects of virus-based insecticides,aiming to provide reference and theoretical support for the research and development of this class of insecticides.
