从"温通破立"理论探讨火针治疗肥胖的临床思路OA

Obesity has become a global public health issue,characterized by abnormal accumulation of body fat and exerting serious impacts on cardiovascular,metabolic,and psychological health.Fire needling,with its distinctive effects of warming Yang,unblocking meridians,and resolving stagnation and blood stasis,has shown promising potential in obesity management.Wentong Poli(warming,unblocking,and breaking stagnation)theory is grounded in the pathogenesis of obesity characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in manifestation,and emphasizes a systematic intervention strategy encompassing four therapeutic principles:warming Yang and dispelling cold,regulating Qi and blood circulation,breaking stasis and reducing adiposity,and reinforcing healthy Qi.Based on Wentong Poli theory,this study integrates the thermal properties of fire needling and its targeted effects on phlegm-dampness,blood stasis,and lipid accumulation.The clinical approach to fire needling for obesity is explored from the perspectives of theoretical mechanisms,acupoint selection,and clinical syndrome differentiation.In addition,modern research evidence regarding its roles in metabolic regulation and constitution improvement is reviewed,with the aim of providing a more comprehensive theoretical guidance and practical pathway for TCM interventions in obesity.
