国家公园全生命周期研学旅行开发模式研究OA
Research on the full life cycle study tour development model of national parks:Taking Baishanzu National Park as an example
国家公园作为自然保护与公众参与的纽带,其生态教育意义显著.发展研学旅行对于国家公园的生态价值转化具有重要意义,教育部出台的"研学实践教育基地"政策为教育流量转化为生态保护动能提供了制度保障.已有研究多聚焦于青少年市场,通过阶段性研学产品实现生态认知启蒙,这种单一群体导向的开发模式虽能促进知识转化,但无法充分释放国家公园在终身教育、社区参与等多个维度上的生态价值.基于此,本文提出全生命周期研学旅行开发模式.针对儿童、家庭、成年人及老年群体设计差异化课程体系,将发现问题、收集信息、解决问题的流程拓展为覆盖自然认知、技能实践、科研参与、社区共治的四阶段能力培养过程;通过整合文化旅游资源、教育机构和科研单位的力量,开发适配不同年龄段的智能化研学系统.同时,以百山祖国家公园为例,阐述这种开发模式的实施方案和路径.研究对完善可持续旅游理论中的"教育-保护"协同机制具有理论价值,对落实《建立国家公园体制总体方案》提出的"全民共享"目标具有管理意义.
As a link between nature protection and public participation,ecological education in national parks is highly significant.The development of study tours is of great significance to the transformation of ecological value in national parks.Specifically,the"Study Practice Education Base"policy of the Ministry of Education provides institutional guarantees for the transformation of educational flows into ecological protection momentum.Previous studies mostly focused on the youth market and achieved ecological cognitive enlightenment through staged research products.Although this single group-oriented development model can promote knowledge transformation,it fails to fully release the multi-dimensional ecological value of national parks in lifelong education,community participation and other aspects.Based on this,this study proposes a full life cycle study tour development model:designing a differentiated curriculum system for children,families,adults and the elderly,expanding the process of problem discovery,information collection,and problem solving into a four-stage ability development process covering natural cognition,skill practice,scientific research participation,and community co-governance,and developing an intelligent study system suitable for different age groups by integrating the power of cultural tourism resources,educational institutions,and scientific research units.Taking Baishanzu National Park as an example,the implementation plan and path of this development model are elaborated.This study has theoretical value for improving the"education-protection"synergy mechanism in sustainable tourism theory,and has management significance for the implementation of the"universal sharing"goal proposed in the Overall Plan for Establishing a National Park System.
