111份大豆种质资源苗期耐旱性鉴定OA
Identification of Drought Resistance in 111 Glycine max Germplasm Resources at the Seedling Stage
干旱是制约农业生产的主要非生物胁迫之一,大豆苗期对水分胁迫极为敏感,干旱直接影响植株生长与产量.为了筛选抗旱性优良的大豆种质资源,以111份国内外大豆种质资源为材料,采用盆栽称重法分别设置正常供水与干旱胁迫两组处理,测定SPAD值、株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重、地上部干重、地下部鲜重和地下部干重共7个性状的耐旱系数,并运用主成分分析、隶属函数法和聚类分析进行综合评价.结果表明,干旱胁迫下各性状均受到显著抑制,其中地下部鲜重降幅最大(64.57%),变异系数最高(28.95%).通过主成分分析将7个相关性状降维为4个主成分,其中地上部干重所具载荷最大,可作为筛选耐旱性大豆种质资源的核心指标.通过隶属函数计算综合评价D值并进行分类,111份材料被划分为4类:强耐旱型(4.5%)、中耐旱型(47.7%)、弱耐旱型(41.4%)和敏感型(6.3%),其中,编号N82、N95、N106、N48和N50的种质为强耐旱种质.
Drought is the main abiotic stress that restricts agricultural production.During the seedling stage of Glycine max,plants are extremely sensitive to water stress and drought directly affects plant growth and yield.In order to screen out excellent Glycine max germplasm resources with drought re-sistance,111 domestic and foreign Glycine max germplasm resources were used as materials.The pot weighing method was adopted to set up 2 treatment groups:normal water supply and drought stress.The drought resistance coefficients of 7 traits such as SPAD value,plant height,stem diameter,a-bove-ground fresh weight,above-ground dry weight,underground fresh weight and underground dry weight were measured.Principal component analysis,membership function method and cluster analy-sis were used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that all traits were significantly inhib-ited under drought stress,among which the underground fresh weight decreased the most(64.57%)and the coefficient of variation was the highest(28.95%).Through principal component analysis,the 7 related traits were reduced to 4 principal components.Among them,the load of underground fresh weight was the largest and could be used as the core indicator for screening drought-resistant Glycine max germplasm resources.The D value was calculated by membership function for comprehensive e-valuation and classified.The 111 materials were divided into 4 categories:strong drought-resistant type(4.5%),moderate drought-resistant type(47.7%),weak drought-resistant type(41.4%)and sensitive type(6.3%).Among them,numbers N82,N95,N106,N48 and N50 were strong drought-resistant germplasm.
