盐碱胁迫在作物生长的各个阶段严重制约大豆产量,选育耐盐碱新品种和挖掘耐盐碱基因是提升大豆产能的重要途径.为挖掘野生大豆和半野生大豆耐盐碱基因,培育耐盐碱大豆新种质,以黑龙江省野生大豆和半野生大豆为材料,采用NaCl、Na2CO3、NaHCO3和Na2SO4摩尔比为1∶1∶9∶9的混合盐碱溶液进行处理,对野生大豆和半野生大豆芽期和芽苗期进行耐盐碱鉴定与筛选.结果表明,在盐碱溶液浓度为140 mmol/L,pH=9.5条件下,从90份野生大豆中筛选出高耐盐碱材料10份,包括Y154、Y176、Y161、Y35、Y29、Y17、Y89、Y126-1、Y128、Y97.在盐碱溶液浓度为100 mmol/L、pH=9.2条件下,从54份半野生大豆中筛选出高耐盐碱材料7份,包括BY137、BY129、BY30、BY12、BY27、BY60、BY73.

Saline-alkali stress severely restricts soybean(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)yield at all stages of crop growth.Selecting new salt-tolerant varieties and exploring salt-tolerance genes are important ap-proaches to enhancing soybean productivity.To explore salt-tolerance genes in wild and semi-wild soybeans and cultivate new salt-tolerant soybean varieties,using wild and semi-wild soybeans from Heilongjiang Province as materials,a mixed saline-alkali solution with a molar ratio of NaCl∶Na2CO3∶NaHCO3∶Na2 SO4 of 1∶1∶9∶9 was applied for treatment.Salt-tolerance tests and selections were con-ducted on the seedlings and seedlings of wild and semi-wild soybeans under the conditions of a saline-alkali solution concentration of 140 mmol/L and pH=9.5.Results showed that under the conditions of a saline-alkali solution concentration of 140 mmol/L and pH=9.5,10 high salt-tolerance materials were selected from 90 wild soybeans,including Y154,Y176,Y161,Y35,Y29,Y17,Y89,Y126-1,Y128,and Y97.Under the conditions of a saline-alkali solution concentration of 100 mmol/L and pH=9.2,7 high salt-tolerance materials were selected from 54 semi-wild soybeans,including BY137,BY129,BY30,BY12,BY27,BY60,and BY73.
