为探究1,4-二甲基萘对马铃薯种薯的抑芽作用及碳水化合物代谢的调控机制,以马铃薯微型薯青薯9号为试验材料,考察不同剂量(0.01、0.02、0.05、0.10、0.20 mL/kg)1,4-二甲基萘处理对种薯的抑芽效果,以及最佳剂量处理对种薯贮藏期间失重率、呼吸强度、α-淀粉酶活性、淀粉含量、还原糖含量及丙二醛含量的影响.结果表明,1,4-二甲基萘处理对马铃薯种薯具有显著抑芽效果,综合抑芽效果与应用成本,确定0.02 mL/kg为最佳处理剂量.与对照相比,1,4-二甲基萘处理能显著降低种薯贮藏期间的失重率和呼吸强度,抑制α-淀粉酶活性升高,减缓淀粉降解速率,维持较高的还原糖含量,同时降低丙二醛含量.研究表明,1,4-二甲基萘通过抑制芽生长、调控碳水化合物代谢及减轻膜脂过氧化损伤,有效维持了马铃薯种薯贮藏品质.

To explore the sprout inhibition effect of 1,4-dimethylnaphthalene on potato(Solanumtu-berosum L.)seed tubers and its regulatory mechanism of carbohydrate metabolism,mini tubers of Qingshu No.9'were used as experimental materials.The sprout-inhibiting effects of different 1,4-DMN treatment doses(0.01,0.02,0.05,0.10,0.20 mL/kg)on seed tubers,as well as the impacts of the optimal dose on weight loss rate,respiratory intensity,α-amylase activity,starch content,reduc-ing sugar content,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of seed tubers during storage were conduc-ted.The results showed that 1,4-DMN treatment exhibited a significant sprout-inhibiting effect on potato seed tubers.Considering the sprout-inhibiting effect and application cost comprehensively,0.02 mL/kg was determined as the optimal treatment dose.Compared with the control group,1,4-DMN treatment could significantly reduce the weight loss rate and respiratory intensity of seed tubers dur-ing storage,inhibit the increase in α-amylase activity,slow down the starch degradation rate,main-tain a relatively high reducing sugar content and simultaneously reduce the accumulation of MDA con-tent.The study indicated that 1,4-DMN effectively maintained the storage quality of potato seed tu-bers by inhibiting sprout growth,regulating carbohydrate metabolism and alleviating membrane lipid peroxidation damage.
