肿瘤周细胞代谢在肿瘤进展中的角色与意义OA
Role and significance of tumor pericyte metabolism in tumor progression
在肿瘤微环境中,周细胞通过糖代谢、脂代谢以及氨基酸代谢等代谢途径调控肿瘤血管,进而影响肿瘤进程.与周细胞代谢相关的信号通路也与肿瘤生长和转移密切相关.因此,靶向周细胞代谢可以成为肿瘤治疗的潜在选择,并联合其他疗法增强抗肿瘤效应.该文综述了肿瘤周细胞代谢途径和相关作用机制,阐述周细胞代谢在肿瘤进展中的作用以及探讨了靶向周细胞代谢的潜在治疗策略.
In the tumor microenvironment,pericytes play a role in supporting and stabilizing tumor blood vessels through glu-cose metabolism,lipid metabolism,and amino acid metabo-lism.The signaling pathways related to pericyte metabolism can regulate tumor growth and metastasis.Therefore,targeting peri-cyte metabolism provides a therapeutic scheme for tumor treat-ment,and combining with other therapies can enhance the anti-tumor effect.This article reviews the metabolic pathways and re-lated mechanisms of tumor pericytes,expounds the role of peri-cyte metabolism in tumor progression,and discusses the thera-peutic strategies targeting pericyte metabolism.
