Research progress on hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and its changes in diseases
缺氧诱导因子-1α是细胞适应缺氧环境的核心转录因子,参与血管生成、能量代谢、细胞增殖与凋亡等多种过程.近年来,大量研究发现HIF-1α水平的异常升高与神经系统、呼吸系统、心血管以及代谢性疾病密切相关,提示其在缺氧相关疾病的发生与发展中具有重要作用.该文综述了HIF-1α的结构特征及调控机制,重点总结其在多类疾病中的表达变化和功能,探讨其作为诊断标志物及治疗靶点的潜力,并对未来研究方向进行展望.
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)is a core tran-scription factor that enables cells to adapt to hypoxic environ-ments and it is involved in various processes such as angiogen-esis,energy metabolism,cell proliferation,and apoptosis.In recent years,numerous studies have revealed that abnormal el-evation of HIF-1α levels is closely related to the nervous sys-tem,respiratory system,cardiovascular system,and metabolic diseases,suggesting its significant role in the occurrence and development of hypoxia-related diseases.This article reviews the structural characteristics and regulatory mechanisms of HIF-1α,focuses on summarizing its expression changes and func-tions in various diseases,explores its potential as a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target,and looks forward to future re-search directions.
