Advance in the application of intravascular imaging technology in cerebrovascular intervention

以血管内超声(IVUS)和光学相干断层成像(OCT)为代表的血管腔内影像学技术可提供高分辨率的血管腔内图像,对血管壁结构、斑块性质和器械置入效果进行精准评估.该文综述了IVUS 与 OCT 在颈动脉狭窄、颅内动脉狭窄、颅内动脉瘤等脑血管病介入诊疗中的应用进展及其面临的技术挑战,并对未来发展进行展望,以期为临床医师合理选择影像学技术提供参考.

Intravascular imaging techniques,such as intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)and optical coherence tomography(OCT),can provide high-resolution intravascular images,enabling precise assessment of vessel wall structure,plaque characteristics,and device placement outcomes.This article reviewed the advancements and technical challenges in the application of IVUS and OCT in interventional diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases such as carotid artery stenosis,intracranial artery stenosis,and intracranial aneurysms.Future developments were also discussed,aiming to provide clinicians with a reference for the rational selection of imaging techniques.
