抗血栓治疗下短期复发的特鲁索综合征相关脑梗死四例OA

Trousseau's syndrome(TS)is a paraneoplastic syndrome characterized by coagulation abnormalities associated with malignancy,with clinical manifestations including arterial and venous thrombosis,non-bacterial thrombotic endocarditis,pulmonary embolism,and disseminated intravascular coagulation.Acute multiple cerebral infarction caused by TS is referred to as TS associated cerebral infarction(TSCI).As the incidence of tumors rises annually,TSCI,characterized by high disability rates,high mortality rates,and a high short-term recurrence rate,also shows an increasing trend.This article reported the clinical data of four TSCI patients who experienced recurrent acute cerebral infarction within the short term of receiving anticoagulation or antiplatelet aggregation therapy,aiming to provide reference for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
