神经内分泌肿瘤(neuroendocrine neoplasms,NENs)发病率不断上升,根据病理分化程度可分为高分化神经内分泌瘤(neuroendocrine tumor,NET)和低分化神经内分泌癌(neuroendocrine carcinoma,NEC).针对晚期NET治疗,2025年度数项Ⅲ期临床试验结果公布,核素治疗领域进展令人瞩目,其中2项来自中国的肽受体放射性核素治疗结果显示此类治疗对中国NET患者有效.日本一项依维莫司联合兰瑞肽一线治疗胃肠胰NET研究提示联合治疗疗效更佳;针对晚期NEC治疗,尽管缺乏Ⅲ期研究结果,但2025年数项基于新免疫治疗靶点的有前景的Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期研究结果公布.本文将回顾并总结2025年度NENs药物治疗进展.

The incidence of neuroendocrine neoplasms(NENs)continues to rise.Based on pathological differentiation,they are classified into well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor(NET)and poorly-differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC).In 2025,significant progress was made in the treatment of advanced NET,with multiple phase Ⅲ clinical trial results published,particularly notable advances in the field of radionuclide therapy.Two studies of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy from China demonstrated the efficacy of this approach in Chinese NET patients.A Japanese study on everolimus combined with lanreotide as first-line therapy for gastro-entero-pancreatic NETs suggested improved efficacy with combination therapy.Although phase Ⅲ data remain lacking in 2025 for treating advanced NEC,several phase Ⅰ/Ⅱ trials of novel immunotherapies showed promising results.This article reviews and summarizes the advances in medical treatments for NENs during 2025.
