随着"数字中国"目标的深入实施,传统污水处理厂的运营模式正面临向智慧化转型的迫切需求.文章设计了面向污水厂的智慧运维平台,以解决其当前信息化水平不高、依赖人工经验、管理较为粗放的问题.平台利用人工智能算法、物联网、数字孪生等技术,开发了项目驾驶舱、生产管理、设备管理、巡检管理、工艺智能优化等功能.实际应用表明,平台的各项功能均取得良好的应用效果.该平台能够增强厂内运维管理的综合能力,提升管理效率,助力新型基础设施建设.

With the in-depth implementation of the'Digital China'initiative,the operational model of traditional wastewater treatment plants is facing an urgent need to transform towards intelligent operations.The article designs an intelligent operation and maintenance platform for wastewater plants to address their current issues of low informatization,reliance on human experience,and relatively rough management.The platform utilizes technologies such as artificial intelligence algorithms,the Internet of Things,and digital twins,and has developed features including project dashboards,production management,equipment management,inspection management,and intelligent process optimization.Practical applications have shown that all functions of the platform have achieved good results.This platform can enhance the overall operational and maintenance management capabilities within the plant,improve management efficiency,and support the construction of new infrastructure.
