多校区中职学校二级管理四维一体改革探索OA

Under the policy orientation of optimizing the allocation of vocational education resources,the multi-campus school-running model formed by the integration of county-level secondary vocational school resources is generally faced with management problems such as vague boundaries of power and responsibility,unbalanced resource allocation and inefficient cross-campus collaboration due to geographical dispersion and extended management levels.Faced with the"one school with three campuses"school-running pattern,Jiangsu Taodu Secondary Vocational School,based on the three theories of equivalence of power and responsibility,resource dependence and collaborative governance,systematically puts forward a four-dimensional integrated reform idea of"power and responsibility reconstruction,resource collaboration,digital empowerment and incentive promotion".Then it clarifies management power and responsibility in a list-based manner,promotes resource sharing in an institutionalized manner,improves management efficiency in a digital manner,and designs an incentive mechanism in a performance-based manner,thus properly solving the management pain points of multi-campus secondary vocational schools,effectively improving the efficiency of resource use,activating the overall school-running vitality,and providing an excellent demonstration for the management reform of similar schools.
