校企协同育人模式下高职学生职业伦理素养培育的价值、困境与路径OA

Under the background of the in-depth development of digital economy and industry-education integration,the cultivation of professional ethics literacy plays an important role in school-enterprise collaborative education.It fundamentally promotes the reform and development of the industry,expands the connotation of the school-enterprise collaboration model,and nourishes students'lifelong development.At present,the cultivation of professional ethics literacy for higher vocational college students under the school-enterprise collaborative education model is facing dilemmas such as divergent goals of schools and enterprises,ineffective teaching content and blocked collaboration mechanisms.In response,schools and enterprises should,guided by the collaborative governance theory,build a three-dimensional ethical cultivation goal system with consensus between schools and enterprises,create a professional scenario-based ethical education content matrix,and improve a multi-collaborative ethical cultivation operation system.
