基于三维激光点云的规划竣工建筑立面自动提取研究OA
Research on automatic extraction of planned and completed building facades based on 3D laser point cloud
针对倾斜摄影图像受阴影遮挡和畸变影响导致规划竣工建筑立面提取不准确的问题,文章提出基于三维激光点云的规划竣工建筑立面自动提取方法,运用三维激光扫描技术获取规划竣工建筑的点云数据,基于最佳拟合平面实现三维点云分割.对建筑平面分割后的点云进行网格化处理,计算点云与网格中心的间隔及点云高程,提取建筑点云特征.将点云特征输入采用线性核函数的支持向量机分类器,实现建筑立面自动提取.结果表明,该方法立面提取结果偏差距离小于0.03 m,实现了建筑立面精准提取.
To address the problem of inaccurate extraction of building facades in planning completion caused by shadows and distortion in oblique photographic images,the article proposes an automatic extraction method for planning completion building facades based on 3D laser point clouds.The method uses 3D laser scanning technology to obtain point cloud data of the planning completion buildings and performs 3D point cloud segmentation based on the best-fitting plane.The point clouds of the segmented building planes are meshed,and the distance between the point clouds and the mesh center as well as the point cloud elevation are calculated to extract building point cloud features.These point cloud features are input into a support vector machine classifier using a linear kernel function to achieve automatic extraction of building facades.The results show that the deviation distance of the facade extraction using this method is less than 0.03 m,realizing precise extraction of building facades.
