人工智能正深刻变革教育领域,为高职学生个性化学习路径规划提供新的技术支持,其生成机制涵盖学习需求诊断、目标动态设定、资源精准推送、学习方式支持与过程智能调控等环节.然而,该机制在实践中面临师生人机协同素养不足、课程体系缺乏弹性、教学组织形式僵化、评价反馈机制不及时和技术平台支撑不足等现实困境.为此,需提升师生数字素养、重构弹性课程体系、创新教学组织形式、改革评价机制并升级技术平台,以推动高职学生个性化学习从技术表层应用向教育生态深层变革迈进.
Artificial Intelligence is profoundly transforming the education sector and providing new technical support for personalized learning path planning for higher vocational college students.Its generation mechanism covers such links as learning demand diagnosis,dynamic goal setting,precise resource recommendation,learning mode support and intelligent process regulation.However,in practice,this mechanism faces realistic dilemmas such as insufficient hputer collaboration literacy of teachers and students,inflexible curriculum system,rigid teaching organization form,untimely evaluation and feedback mechanism,and inadequate technical plauman-comtform support.Therefore,it is necessary to improve teachers'and students'digital literacy,reconstruct the flexible curriculum system,innovate teaching organization forms,reform the evaluation mechanism and upgrade the technical platform,so as to promote the personalized learning of higher vocational college students from the superficial application of technology to the in-depth reform of educational ecology.
