国内外智慧康养研究现状、热点及趋势OA

The article aims to systematically summarize the current status,hotspots,and trends of smart health and wellness research at home and abroad.Based on relevant literature indexed in the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)up to 2025,CiteSpace software was used for scientometric and visualization analysis,conducting comparative studies from aspects such as publication volume temporal distribution,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,timezone mapping,and bursts.The results show that a total of 268 English articles and 233 Chinese articles were screened.Smart health and wellness research both domestically and internationally shows phased development characteristics,with international research having entered a multi-technology integration period.Domestic research has significantly accelerated and shows a trend of multi-dimensional cross-integration.Currently,smart health and wellness research has shortcomings in aspects such as deep interdisciplinary integration,broadening international collaboration,and conducting high-quality empirical studies.Future research can focus on in-depth exploration to promote high-quality and sustainable development in this field.
