国家"双高院校"教育资源配置效率的影响机制与提升路径OA

Based on the data from the attached tables of the 2023 quality annual reports of 197 national"Double High-Level Colleges",this paper systematically investigates the influence of such factors as teaching staff,digital resources,scientific research and services,international influence,policy implementation,teaching equipment and facilities on the efficiency of education resource allocation by using the structural equation model,and tests the mediating role of employment quality.The study finds that teaching staff,digital resources,scientific research and services,international influence and policy implementation all have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of education resource allocation,but the intensity of effects varies;employment quality is closely related to resource allocation efficiency,and plays a significant mediating role in the process of some education resources affecting the efficiency of education resource allocation;in contrast,some traditional hardware input indicators have relatively limited explanatory power.The study shows that the improvement of education resource allocation efficiency in"Double High-Level Colleges"is essentially a process in which multiple resource elements collaborate and realize transmission and transformation through employment quality.Higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to teacher development,digital transformation,improvement of scientific research service capacity and construction of resource allocation collaboration mechanism,and continuously enhance the ability of resource input to transform into talent cultivation effectiveness and high-quality employment.
