How to Realize In-Depth Education Through Industry-Education Integration?
在产业转型升级的背景下,企业一线急需大量能解决复杂工程难题的高端技术技能人才.为破解人才培养难题,以温州市新能源与高端制造市域产教联合体为研究对象,剖析其"双元三段"人才培养模式的构建机理.该联合体通过建立制度性捆绑、情境连续性与评价一致性的三重联动机制,使产教融合育人由"要素叠加"转向"系统重构",使混合所有制校企合作的效应得以溢出,使企业投得多、导师入得深、学生上手快、毕业能留岗.该联合体以"制度—情境—能力"三维度系统重构学生成才跑道,将微观制度体系化,将学习情境集成化,将学习过程纵向贯通,将人才培养效能最大化.
Against the backdrop of industrial transformation and upgrading,frontline enterprises urgently need a large number of high-end technical and skilled talents capable of solving complex engineering problems.To address the challenges in talent cultivation,this paper takes the Wenzhou Municipal Industry-Education Consortium for New Energy and High-End Manufacturing as the research object and analyzes the construction mechanism of its"Dual-Element and Three-Stage"talent training model.Through a triple linkage mechanism of institutional bundling,situational continuity,and evaluation consistency,the consortium has shifted industry-education integrated education from"factor superposition"to"systematic reconstruction",enabling the spillover effects of mixed-ownership school-enterprise cooperation to be realized.As a result,enterprises invest more,mentors engage deeply,students become proficient quickly,and graduates stay in their posts.The consortium systematically reconstructs the pathway for student success through the three dimensions of"institution-situation-competency,"systematizing micro-level institutions,integrating learning situations,vertically connecting the learning process,and maximizing the effectiveness of talent cultivation.
