基于数据挖掘分析中药组方治疗慢性肾脏病用药规律OA

Objective To conduct multidimensional mining and systematic analysis on the medication and prescription law of modern TCM in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)based on the Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform 2.3.9;To provide scientific basis and reference guidance for the medication strategy of TCM clinical treatment of CKD.Methods Medical records related to CKD treated by TCM prescriptions in the modern TCM medical record database were retrieved and collected through the Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform.After screening,exclusion,and standardization of the cases,a database was established.Using methods such as frequency statistics of Chinese materia medica,drug property statistics,association rule analysis,complex network analysis and clustering analysis,systematic analysis of drug use frequency,property,taste and meridian tropism,high-frequency drug pair combination and core prescription was conducted.Visualization techniques were applied to present the research findings.Results A total of 365 TCM prescriptions were included,involving 687 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a cumulative usage frequency of 5 077.The most frequently used kinds of Chinese materia medica were Astragali Radix,Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Alismatis Rhizoma and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The main properties were neutral and warm,the main tastes were sweet and bitter,and the primary meridian tropisms were the spleen and liver meridians.Association analysis revealed strong correlations between herb pairs such as Poria-Astragali Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Astragali Radix.Clustering analysis classified the CKD-treating herbs into four distinct groups.Complex network analysis identified the core prescription as a modified combination of Wuling Powder and Fangji Huangqi Decoction.Conclusion TCM prescriptions for the treatment of CKD primarily follow the principles of tonifying the spleen and strengthening the kidney,as well as promoting diuresis and draining dampness,supplemented by strategies such as replenishing qi,activating blood circulation,clearing heat,drying dampness,and resolving stasis to unblock collaterals.This reflects a therapeutic approach that combines dampness elimination with qi supplementation and spleen reinforcement,emphasizing simultaneous reinforcement of healthy qi and pathogen elimination,as well as addressing both the root and symptoms of the disease.
