基于数据挖掘的敦煌方-证用药配伍规律研究OA

Objective To systematically analyze the composition,efficacy and medication characteristics of ancient prescriptions in Dunhuang medical books through data mining method;To provide references for the clinical treatment of difficult and miscellaneous diseases and the inheritance and application of Dunhuang medicine.Methods The Dunhuang medical prescriptions recorded in 8 Dunhuang medical books were collected,and their names,dosage forms,number of herbs,classification of zang-fu prescriptions and syndromes,efficacy indications,drug frequency and types of herbs were entered into Excel 2023,and the clinical medication law was systematically sorted out and analyzed.Results A total of 386 prescriptions and 342 kinds of Chinese materia medica were included.Its naming adopted 14 forms,including indication+dosage form,main medicine+dosage form,number of herbs+dosage form,efficacy+dosage form,reinforcing and reducing method+dosage form,etc.;the dosage forms included 16 kinds of decoction,pill,powder,etc.;the number of herbs was mostly 6,3 and 5,with the largest number of herbs being 32 and the smallest being 1.The syndromes of zang-fu organs were classified as lung-related syndromes(102 cases,26.42%)and spleen-stomach-related syndromes(95 cases,24.61%),and the main indications were tonic formulae(55 cases,14.25%)and diuretics(52 cases,13.47%).There were 25 kinds of high-frequency Chinese materia medica,such as Paeoniae Radix alba,Cinnamomi Cortex,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,Scutellariae Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.Conclusion Dunhuang ancient medical prescriptions have a long history and are characterized by various naming methods,rich dosage forms and refined prescriptions.Its clinical application is mainly internal medicine,especially focusing on lung and spleen and stomach diseases;the efficacy of prescription is good at tonifying and eliminating dampness.High-frequency Chinese materia medica.embody the idea of strengthening the body resistance,consolidating the constitution and harmonizing various drugs.Dunhuang ancient medical prescription system is mature and distinctive,which has unique academic value and clinical development potential in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases related to the five zang-organs and the preservation of health and longevity.
