基于"目得血而能视"探讨中医药防治近视的思路与方法OA
Exploring the Thinking and Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Preven-tion and Treatment of Myopia Based on"Blood in the Eyes and Vision"
本文以"目得血而能视"为核心探讨中医药防治近视的思路与方法.笔者认为,近视的主要病机在于气血不足所致的目失濡养,以及进一步引起的血不养筋,形成"精筋失衡"这一核心病机.由于脾胃虚弱,生化乏源,气血不充,肝血亏虚,同时耗伤心阳,心阳不足,行血无力,血不上濡于目.久之累及肝肾,久虚成瘀,目络空虚与目络瘀阻共同作用,造成眼底病变.临床防治将辨证、辨病相结合,以调补气血为主,同时配合振奋心阳、健运脾胃、补益肝肾、通瘀活络,共同促进气血调和、目络畅通,气血生成、运行无碍,则神光发越于远而视万物.
This study examines Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)approaches for myopia prevention and treatment based on the fundamental theory that"eyes require blood supply for vision".The author holds that the core pathogenesis of myopia lies in insufficient qi and blood leading to malnutrition of the eyes,which further results in failure of blood to nourish the tendons,thus forming the key pathogenesis of essence-tendon imbalance.Spleen-stomach deficiency causes inadequate production of Qi and blood,liver blood deficiency,and impaired heart Yang,collectively weakening blood circulation to ocular tissues.Chronic conditions affect liver and kidney functions,resulting in blood stasis that manifests as both vacuity and obstruction in ocular collaterals,ultimately causing fundus lesions.The clinical strategy combines syndrome differentiation and disease identification,focusing on regulating and supplementing Qi and blood while simultaneously invigorating heart Yang,strengthening spleen-stomach function,tonifying liver-kidney,and activating collaterals to resolve stasis.This comprehensive approach promotes harmonious Qi and blood circulation,unobstructed ocular collaterals,and unimpeded generation and movement of Qi and blood,thereby restoring visual acuity for distant vision.
