人参及其活性成分干预骨质疏松症药理作用研究进展OA
Research Progress in the Pharmacological Mechanisms of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Its Active Components in Intervening Osteoporosis
骨质疏松症是以骨量减少、骨微结构破坏为特征的全身性骨骼疾病,已成为老龄化社会重要健康挑战.人参为传统补气要药,具有大补元气、复脉固脱、补脾益肺、生津养血、安神益智功效,具有干预骨质疏松症潜力.人参皂苷和人参多糖是人参含量较丰富、研究较广泛的活性成分.本文梳理人参及其活性成分干预骨质疏松症药理作用研究显示,人参及其活性成分可通过促进成骨细胞增殖与分化、抑制破骨细胞生成与活性、调节肠-骨轴、拮抗氧化应激等途径调节骨代谢,从而发挥干预骨质疏松症的作用.目前临床前研究揭示人参及其活性成分调控骨代谢分子机制,但高质量临床证据仍缺乏,尚需大样本随机对照试验进一步验证,为人参综合开发利用提供参考.
Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disorder characterized by reduced bone mass and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue,posing a significant health challenge in the increasingly aging society.Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,a traditional herb for replenishing qi,has the effects of tonifying primordial qi,restoring pulse and securing collapse,reinforcing the spleen and lung,generating fluid and nourishing blood,as well as calming the mind and boosting intelligence,with the potential to intervene osteoporosis.Ginsenosides and ginseng polysaccharides are the most abundant and extensively studied active components in Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.This article reviewed the pharmacological effects of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its active components on osteoporosis and revealed that Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its active components regulate bone metabolism by promoting osteoblast proliferation and differentiation,inhibiting osteoclast formation and activity,modulating intestine-bone axis,and exerting antioxidant stress effects,thereby contributing to the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.At present,preclinical studies have revealed the molecular mechanism of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and its active components regulating bone metabolism,but high-quality clinical evidence is still lacking,which needs to be further verified by large sample randomized controlled clinical trials,so as to provide references for the comprehensive development and utilization of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.
